ubu 13.10 errore apertura cache

Ciao a tutti,
anche io avrei un problema di apertura cache simile a questo. Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi?

ho diviso la discussione per dare maggiore visibilità.
ciao, apri sorgenti software e controlla di avere impostato "server principale" come fornitore per gli aggiornamenti.
chiudi ed apri il terminale e digita:
sudo apt-get update
dai la paswd, che non vedrai scritta ( ma lui la scrive.... ) quindi invio.
posta il responso ( quello che ti segnala errore ) selezionando le righe e copia/incolla nella casella risposta.

Hai un repositoty dupplicato, quello relativo a partner

Ecco una guida relativa al repository di GetDeb, il tuo ha altro nome ma il procedimento è identico:

http://www.istitutomajorana.it/index.php...&Itemid=33

trova il tuo repository duplicato e ne elimini uno, lasciandone solo uno.

Ho provato con il primo procedimento ma non cambia nulla. Il secondo non sono riuscita a farlo perchè molte cose non risultano sul mio pc

continuiamo, apri il terminale e digita questo comando:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
quindi il solito invio, paswd che non si legge, invio.
si aprirà la tua lista, seleziona tutto il contenuto e postalo con copia/incolla.

riapri la tua sources.list con il comando di prima. cancella tutto il contenuto e copia/incolla questo:
