[Risolto]Problema con nmap

Ho vari PC connessi ad internet tramite il medesimo router Sitecom X6 N900 (WLM-6600/v1001).

Per sapere quanti apparati sono connessi nello stesso momento al medesimo router, pensavo di usare il comando
nmap 192.168.0.0/24 |grep report
ma mi sono accorto che se lo impartisco dal portatile che ha come S.O. PCLinuxOS 32 bit LXDE, come output ho

(quindi mi viene segnalato il PC da cui ho impartito il comando, ma non vengono segnalati nè il router, nè lo smartphone).
Temendo di avere i 2 PC connessi a due modem diversi, ho fatto un po' di ricerche, al termine delle quali solo l'output di
/sbin/ifconfig
dava adito a dubbi... tutto il resto pare confermare che i due computer sono connessi al medesimo router; infatti, dal PC con PCLinuxOS con LXDE ho:

Dallo smartphone, con FING, vedo sia il router, sia lo smartphone, sia il PC, sia il portatile.
Qualcuno sa dirmi perché il comando nmap mostra output diversi a seconda della macchina da cui è impartito?

nmap andrebbe utilizzato come superutente, quindi su PClOS dovresti prima loggarti con il comando su - dato al terminale, seguito dalla passwd di root, poi impartire il seguente comando:

nmap -sT -PI 192.168.0.0/24
Se lo esegui da superutente allora utilizza l' ICMP e ti pinga tutti gli indirizzi per vedere se c'è qualcosa

Ho spento e riacceso il router, ed ora tutto sembra andare come dovrebbe...
